I’m Kerie-Ann Lawrence, MSN, WHNP-BC - a Nurse Practitioner, coach, and plant-based wellness guide.

After my own health wake-up call and cancer journey, I built The ApotheKerie for women who are tired of hearing “just manage your symptoms” and still not feeling well. This is about feeling steady again—more energy, better digestion, calmer moods, and a body that feels safe.

The Circle focuses on the basics that change how you feel day to day: food, stress, sleep, hormones, blood sugar, and simple routines you can keep.
