Yes. Food and habits can make side effects easier. Guidance includes nausea, constipation, reflux, low appetite, fatigue, hydration, and “minimum-effort meals.”
Yes. This is NP-led care. Keep taking your prescribed medications—we’ll coordinate with your PCP/specialists as needed. We regularly work with thyroid disorders, perimenopause/menopause, hypertension, lipid issues, insulin resistance/prediabetes/diabetes, and many autoimmune/GI conditions. If something falls outside our scope or needs closer monitoring, we’ll co-manage or refer to keep you safe.
For many women, yes. It’s an NP-led, plant-forward month (choose Juice or Raw) designed to build momentum with clear structure, mineral support, and a gentle re-entry week.
Great fits (with simple adaptations):
Diabetes/insulin resistance: Opt for the Raw Feast or a green-leaning Juice Feast (greens, cucumber, celery, herbs). Skip fruit-only blends, monitor glucose, and coordinate meds with your clinician.
Post-op (non-GI) recovery: With clinician clearance. Start with smoothies/blended soups, focus on food safety and hydration, then build to fuller raw plates as you feel ready.
