I’m Kerie-Ann Lawrence, APRN, WHNP-BC—a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, coach, and plant-based wellness guide.

After my own health wake-up call and thyroid cancer journey, a new path became non-negotiable: food matters, stress matters, sleep matters—and “pushing through” has a cost.

This work is for women who are tired of “just managing it” and ready to feel steady again with better energy, better digestion, calmer moods, and a body that feels safe.

My Story

There was a season where everything looked fine on the outside—work, life, responsibilities—while my body was quietly waving red flags: tired all the time, poor sleep, weight changes, rising blood pressure, and a constant feeling of being “on.”

Then came thyroid cancer.

That moment made one thing clear: survival mode can look successful… until it doesn’t.

Healing started when I stopped outrunning myself and started listening—slowing down, setting boundaries, returning to plants and nature, and building daily routines that actually supported my body.

Step by step, energy came back. Sleep improved. My mind got clearer. My body felt safer.

Now this work lives here: a simple, honest path for women in midlife who want steady energy, calmer cravings, better digestion, and support that goes beyond a prescription.

We nurture a healthy relationship with food and body. This is not eating-disorder specialty treatment. If you’re currently experiencing an ED, we’ll help you find a specialized, multidisciplinary team and coordinate care if/when you rejoin us.
